PWRL480A

PWRL480A is a type of voltage and current monitor-relay output with either 2/4/6 independent inputs. It can monitor any type of AC/DC voltage, AC/DC current, or resistance sensor such as thermocouples, RTDs, strain gauges, etc. The monitor-relay output model is useful for different monitoring applications like protecting motors or transformers, monitoring voltage, current, and phase sequence, counting pulses or monitoring temperatures.

The PWRL480A has three main components: a power supply, a sensing device and a relay driver. The power supply receives power from a 120/240VAC source. This mode can be used to trigger the load based on certain pulse count criteria.

It also has a real time clock display and event logging that records 256 events with time and date. Furthermore, its form C relay with two different switch ratings provides higher switching power and current ratings. It has an adjustable ON/OFF delay function to allow for smoother operation at different elevations. The PWRL480A also has a reset input and an alarm output for event logging.
