RA203220XX

RA203220XX is a single phase phase controlled silicon thyristor (also known as a SCR, or silicon controlled rectifier) utilized for controlling the power delivery of AC power. Working Principle

When an anode to cathode voltage is applied, an electron current is triggered, and the thyristor remains in a state of high impedance blocking any further current flow. This process is referred to as thyristor gating.
