REF01CESA+T is a voltage reference family specifically developed to meet the requirements of precision power management and communications systems. These devices have been designed to provide superior accuracy in high-noise environments and have high-output current capabilities. REF01CESA+T voltage references have a number of innovative features including the ability to be configured to operate on either the +5V or the +3.3V power rail, the ability to be connected to other voltage references with their common output node, and the ability to be factory calibrated.The REF01CESA+T family of voltage references provides highly accurate reference voltages in the range of 5V to 10V. They are available in a variety of package forms, including surface mount and through-hole versions. The REF01CESA+T family includes low-dropout (LDO) and bandgap devices. The LDO devices are designed to provide a stable voltage with very low output noise, while the bandgap devices provide higher current drive capabilities. The REF01CESA+T family supports a wide range of analog, digital, and power management applications including:
  • Battery-backed systems
  • High-current step-down converters
  • High-accuracy A/D converters
  • Precision power-supply regulation
  • Data communications systems
The REF01CESA+T devices are based on a common architecture: a temperature-compensated zener diode or bandgap reference.
