PMIC - Voltage Reference
REF01EZ is a precision voltage reference IC. It provides users with accurate and stable voltage outputs for use in various applications. The REF01EZ is designed for ease of use and high accuracy at a low cost.
The REF01EZ is a monolithic integrated circuit that combines three tightly matched, prime-grade P-type and N-type MOS transistors and a high-precision temperature-compensated voltage reference into a single package. It provides an output voltage of 1.23V to 10V, with an accuracy of 0.1%, at temperatures of 0°C to 70°C. The device can supply up to 10mA of load current, and has a low output noise of 20μV Peak-to-Peak and a high dynamic range. The REF01EZ also provides high-precision temperature compensation and low current consumption (1mA).
The REF01EZ is suitable for use in a wide range of applications such as precision instrumentation and control, data acquisition, ADC and DAC reference source, system power management circuits, systems requiring voltage reference, and reference for an A/D application.
