The REF02HSA+ is a low temperature coefficient voltage reference used in many kinds of application fields, and can be used as a monitor and control in the power management integrated circuit (PMIC) design process. It is an improved version of the REF02HSA monolithic device, offering higher precision, lower temperature coefficient and wide operating conditions.
