REF5025AIDRG4 is a precision voltage reference IC that belongs to the PMIC - Voltage Reference category. At the same time, the integrated bandgap reference circuit provides a low-temperature co-efficient (TC) of only 15ppm/°C. The REF5025AIDRG4 features include an error amplifier with 25mA output current, a wide output range (4.096V to 5.000V), low-dropout voltage and low temperature coefficient.
The REF5025AIDRG4 provides efficiency and accuracy in signal conditioning, signal isolation, and data isolation circuits, this IC includes an input current limit, which allows the device to operate next to noisy switching power converters. This voltage reference IC is also used for powering low-noise and wideband receivers, making it ideal for use in Ethernet, USB/DisplayPort, and RF transmitter/receiver applications.
