Working Principle
The RGF1DHE3/67A is designed to ensure low voltage switching and current control. To accomplish this, the diode uses a three-sectional design, consisting of a Schottky rectifier, a diode, and a thyristor. Firstly, the positive input of the diode is connected to the positive side of a DC power source and the negative input is connected to a resistor and then grounded.
