The RM24C64DS-LMAI-T is a 8Kb serial EEPROM that integrates 8Kb of byte-accessible memory, where each byte can be written or read individually. This serial EEPROM is part of the SMART LMAI-T family. It is based on the I2C bus protocol (Inter-Integrated Circuit), a two-wire serial bus protocol set up to transfer data between two or more devices. The two wires are a serial data line (SDA) and a serial clock line (SCL). The RM24C64DS-LMAI-T is programmed and read using industry standard I2C bus protocol for write/read access.
The RM24C64DS-LMAI-T can be mainly found in various industries and applications.
