Diodes - Rectifiers - Single - RS1ALHRHG Application Field and Working Principle
A diode is an electrical device that has two active layers, for example, P and N regions. One of these layers, the P region, has a positive charge, while the other, the N region, has a negative charge. Combined together, these two regions form the RS1ALHRHG Silicon rectifier.
