RT7278GSP is a DC/DC converter integrated PMIC (Power Management IC) formulated by Richtek, which is equipped with AEC-Q100 compliant performance and high-efficiency power conversion. It features charging and discharging current protection, wide input voltage range, and low power dissipation, as well as several other advantages. This PMIC is used to securely and efficiently provide power to systems and users.

The RT7278GSP integrates an inductor-based DC/DC converter, a step-down DC/DC converter, and four integrated regulators for power distribution. It supports a wide input voltage range of 2.5 V to 24V and an output voltage range of 0.8 V to 4 V. It features a peak voltage of 34V and a single-channel flash assembly, providing a maximum current of 6A. Additionally, the 140 μA low quiescent current supports the disconnect and transition with high MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) and high quality power regulation.
