RT7239GSP is a low voltage, high current, synchronous buck regulator. It offers synchronous rectification to maximize the power efficiency and guarantee the performance of the low voltage and low output ripple design. With the internal high speed power switch, the RT7239GSP can deliver the output current up to 3A. Furthermore, the RT7239GSP is designed with low input current working in the I2C or PMBus control modes, allowing very low standby power and excellent load transient performance.

Working Principle

The RT7239GSP is based on a synchronous buck topology and is designed to handle up to 3A of current at lower input voltage ranges.
