The RT8020DGQW is an integrated pulse width modulation (PW M) DC/DC buck regulator with switching frequency of up to 1.8 MHz. It features low external component counts, high efficiency, and low ripple current for boost applications.

The RT8020DGQW integrates a frequency multiplier and a seg regu lator, with loop compensation and frequency synchronization. Its remote sensing allows the adjustment of feedback loop gain and input/output voltage. The controllable switching frequency and current limit function provide additional flexibility.
