The RT8292ALGSP is a DC-DC synchronous buck switch regulator with integrated MOSFET and boost current limit device designed for high temperature applications. It offers low quiescent current, high efficiency and excellent durability against mechanical shock and vibration. The RT8292ALGSP is fully protected against overload, overvoltage and undervoltage conditions, and its two pulse-width modulation (PWM) inputs enable precise current or voltage regulation.

It offers a wide input voltage range of 4.7V to 20V, fixed output voltage range of 0.6V to 17V, adjustable switching frequency from 200 kHz to 1 MHz and output current up to 1.5A. The device is offered in a 5-pin SOT23-5 package that features an operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.
