In normal operation, the voltage regulator charges up the internal power supply, VDDQ via the on-chip Charge Pump. When the voltage on pin 3 (VS or VDD) is below the voltage on pin 8 (VSG), then the comparator trips and the reset output will be asserted. The reset output will be deactivated once the input voltage is within the valid range.The internal WDT can be enabled/disabled via a logic signal (WDT enable) or optionally be disabled via a logic input. The WDT time of the RT9818A-37GB can be programmed by externally connecting a capacitor and resistor with a minimum value of 100KΩ.
