The S16K is a 16mm-wide bridge rectifier diodes with high-voltage, low-loss, and low-leakage-current characteristics. With reverse-voltage ratings up to 10,000 Volts, the S16K is suitable for a wide variety of applications in most high-voltage applications. It also offers excellent power dissipation with low operating temperature and low thermal resistance.

The S16K is a three-terminal bridge rectifier that uses an integrated semiconductor structure to convert AC input to DC output. This bridge rectifier is constructed using four external diodes: two anodes and two cathodes. The two anode terminals are connected to the AC input, and the two cathode terminals are connected to the DC output. When the anode terminals of the bridge rectifier receive a positive voltage, current will flow in one direction and the bridge rectifier will convert the AC input to DC output. When the voltage on the anode terminals of the bridge rectifier is negative, current will flow in the opposite direction and the bridge rectifier will convert the AC input to DC output.

The S16K has a maximum forward current rating of 10A and a peak output current of up to 25A. The device operates at an operating temperature range of -55°C to +85°C. It also has a reverse recovery time of 72µs and lead-free, tin-lead plating.

The S16K bridge rectifier can be used in a variety of applications, including:
