Single-Phase Mid-Lite Rectifier (S1ML RFG) is a bridge rectifier device, specifically designed for the construction of single-phase rectifier systems. This type of rectifier works by utilizing two blocks of MOSFETS connected in series with a middle point connection. The power supplied to the S1ML RFG is routed through a direct current (DC) circuit breaker before being applied to the bridge rectifier for power conversion.
S1ML RFG application fields include variable speed drives, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), industrial motors, photovoltaics, and lighting systems. This device is suitable for usage with three-phase AC sources and operates between the range of 0.25-1200 V AC input. It is also capable of handling current of up to 200 A and its maximum operating frequency is 1400kHz.
