The S912XEP100 is a member of the eXtreme Low Power (XEP) family of controllers from NXP. The S912XEP100 is a low power, 32-bit ARM Cortex-A5 processor core microcontroller (MCU) with an embedded 11.0592MHz high speed oscillator, 16KB of embedded RAM and 256KB of flash memory.
