The S9S12ZVL32F0MLF series is an automotive 16-bit microcontroller series using 180nm NVM + UHV This technology provides the ability to integrate 40V analog components. This family often reuses Features in the existing S12 product portfolio. The characteristic of this family is Enhanced S12Z core and integrated "high voltage" analog module, including voltage regulator (VREG) and local interconnection network (LIN) physical layer. The MC9S12ZVL series contains error correction codes (ECC) on RAM, FLASH and EEPROM for Diagnosis or data storage, fast analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and frequency modulation stage Phase-locked loop (IPLL) can improve EMC performance. The MC9S12ZVL series provides optimized A solution that integrates several key system components into a single device to optimize the system Structure and save a lot of space. MC9S12ZVL series has all the advantages 16-bit MCU performance and efficiency while maintaining low cost, power consumption, EMC and code size The efficiency advantage enjoyed by existing S12 series users.
