The S9S12ZVL32F0VLF is an embedded microcontroller designed to meet the needs of a range of different applications. It is a member of the ZVL family of 8-bit microcontrollers, offering a range of features including an integrated 16 kB flash memory, 10 kB direct access RAM, 24-bit direct access bus and an advanced on-chip debugging unit.
