SA5532AD is a high-precision bipole dual op-amp device intended for use in applications such as sample-and-hold circuits, A/D and D/A converters, and instrumentation devices. Working Principle
The SA5532AD is a dual high-speed op-amp consisting of two independent, wide-bandwidth stages, each with a separate power supply line. The amplifier operates over a wide range of supply voltages, with very low intrinsic power consumption.
The first stage, referred to as the input stage, is a low-gain differential stage that provides high-performance input characteristics, including very low offset voltage (VIO) and low input bias current. The second stage is a high-gain common source amplifier that provides high open-loop gain and low output impedance for driving low input impedance loads.
The SA5532AD has two independent temperature compensation networks that allow it to maintain its high performance over a wide temperature range (-40°C to +85°C). This unique feature helps ensure better uniformity between parts and improved long-term stability.
The SA5532AD is also fully-protected against short circuits, thermal overload, and excessive output current. The device is also completely free of latch-up and stability issues.
