The SA70A A0G is a unidirectional TVS diode that can withstand up to 70A peak surge current. It has a peak working voltage of 600V and is designed for low voltage applications. The SA70A A0G has a fast response time which allows it to absorb ESD pulses and transients in less than 1uS and has a rated lifetime of 10,000 hours at rated voltage.
