SB3100TA is a fast recovery rectifier diode compatible with UL1577 standard and specially designed for high performance electronic applications. This rectifier is a type of diode that affects electric current flow. It is a three-terminal device operating in a bi-directional manner and can be used to substitute silicon bridge rectifiers.
