When the SBL1640PT is used in the voltage rectification circuit, the forward and reverse VDvoltage applied to the device is converted into a DC voltage through the rectifier diode array in the leadless package. In this case, the average forward current will be 40 Amp and the average reverse current will be up to 30 Amp.The forward voltage drop of the device in this condition will be less than 0.9V while the reverse leakage current will be under less than 50uA. The device can work in the temperature range of -40ºC to +125ºC and the operating range of the device is between 0-100 Degrees Celsius.Additionally, the device\'s unique proprietary process provides the SBL1640PT with excellent electrical insulation between the die and leads of the device, ensuring that its performance remains constant, even when operating at extremely high temperatures.Unlike traditional silicon-based diodes and rectifier arrays, the SBL1640PT features improved reverse breakdown characteristics, meaning that it can safely handle higher reverse voltages than its predecessors.
