Working Principle

The SBT100-16LS is a bridge rectifier made up of 16 low-voltage, high-current Schottky rectifiers connected in a bridge configuration. Each of the rectifiers is capable of conducting a maximum of 100A. The Schottky rectifiers, unlike PN junctions, are made up of a metal-semiconductor junction, which allows them to have a very low forward voltage drop as well as superior thermal performance.
