SDURD830TR

The SDURD830TR is a high-power,rugged, fast-recovery ultrafast MOS Diode Rectifier module, operating in the TO-3 package. It has a single side cooling which allows high internal temperature operation. The device has a maximum reverse voltage rating of 820V, forward current of 8A. The SDURD830TR is designed for operation across a wide temperature range from -55°C to +125°C.
