SDX01D4-A is a pressure transducer with a wide range of applications, a built-in micro-electronic force-balance bridge circuit, a pressure-sensitive diaphragm, and a signal-conversion circuit. It is mainly used in air pressure measurement, such as air pressure regulator, booster pump, etc. It can also be used in the measurement of liquid pressure, such as fluid control, pneumatic power, etc. In addition, some gas or liquid corrosive media can also measure pressure, making it suitable for applications in a variety of environments. The working principle of SDX01D4-A is based on the force-balance principle. When the pressure is applied on the pressure-sensitive diaphragm connected to the bridge, the bridge is balanced. An electrical signal indicating the magnitude of the applied pressure is generated by the force-balance bridge.The output features of SDX01D4-A can be divided into three parts: bridge voltage area, pressure area, and signal area. The bridge voltage area consists of four piezoelectric force-balance transducers whose output signals can be combined and amplified by differential amplifier, which will generate an electrical signal of the strength of the applied pressure. The pressure area will indicate the actual difference between the output signal and the reference pressure. The signal area will convert the output signal into standard voltage or current output signals according to the pre-programmed response in the transducer.SDX01D4-A features waterproof and dustproof performance, making it suitable for use in wet and dusty environment, as well as in hazardous environments such as inflammable and explosive places.
