Diodes are used in a widespread of applications and one type of diode that is commonly used within circuits is the single rectifier diode. This type of diode is used within power supply circuits, for rectification purposes and for free-wheeling diode applications. One such diode is the SF1604GHC0G.

The SF1604GHC0G is a single phase bridge rectifier diode which is available in UltraFast® technology from ON Semiconductor.
