Oscilloscopes are devices used to measure, analyze, and provide visual interpretations of electrical signals. Oscilloscope probes are attached to the oscilloscope in order to measure the electrical signals. The SI3216-C-FT is an active differential, wideband oscilloscope probe that offers reliable measurements of signals as low as 10 mV/div with a 10:1 absolute maximum input range.
The SI3216-C-FT probe can measure up to 1 GHz of bandwidth and is designed for use with various high-performance oscilloscopes on the market. The probe is designed to reduce or eliminate noise and has a floating tip which provides the ability to accurately measure signals on multiple nodes of a circuit.
