SL22HE3_A/H

The SL22HE3_A/H is a single-phase rectifier diode. It is produced using advanced metamorphic silicon epitaxial planar process, which ensures a superior reliability in harsh environment while maintaining a small size, thereby making it suitable for use in automotive, consumer, industrial and computing applications.

The SL22HE3_A/H’s general purpose and take advantage of its superior reverse transfer characteristics, which make it well-suited for power conversion applications. It has a current rating of 4 amps, and reverse voltage rating of 400V. It is available in various small packages such as SOT-23, SOT-89 and SO-8; with customization packages available upon request. It also supports a wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 125°C.

The SL22HE3_A/H has a fast reverse recovery characteristic and low forward voltage drop, resulting in a high efficiency power conversion. It also has high surge current ratings, up to 6.0A at the junction temperature of 125°C, and can operate up to 100kHz. Its high reverse voltage allows it to be used in AC/DC or DC/DC conversion applications, such as SMPS or ZVS converters.

The SL22HE3_A/H has an efficient working principle, which enables it to convert and regulate electrical energy. When in forward-biased mode, majority carriers (electrons) are injected into the diode, creating a forward current flow. Once the current reaches its peak, the diode begins to reverse-bias and electron-hole recombination process occurs. As a result, the current drops back to zero, and the cycle is then repeated.
