SM5S17ATHE3/I is a TVS – Diode having Axial Lead and Glass-passivated body. It is designed to protect multiple lines such as USB, HDMI, networking, telecom and automotive applications against transients caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD) and electro-conductive particles.
