Its diode network design allows for protection up to 1600 W, resulting in excellent ESD protection up to 8 kV contact and 20 kV air without latch-up. It has low peak pulse current up to +/- 37.86 A (10/1000 μS), and low leakage current of 0.1 μA @ 6 V.
