SMAJ40A M2G

TVS-Diodes are a type of components used to protect the vulnerable electronics from damage due to electrical overstress that arise from the soft failures, (abrupt and transient surge currents). The operating temperature range of the diode is -55°C to 125°C. It has a high thermal and electrical stability, and offers reliably low let-through voltage. It also has excellent current sharing capability with zener controlled pass voltage.
