The SMBG4739E3/TR13 is a single Zener diode component suitable for a variety of electronic applications. Zener diodes are a specialized type of diode which has a greatly reduced forward voltage drop, and when the reverse voltage is greater than the Zener voltage, it begins to conduct and the current remains relatively constant. Working Principle

The operation of the SMBG4739E3/TR13 is informed by its physical structure. The diode consists of two electrodes separated by a P-N junction. Application Field
