The SMBJ11A-M3/5B is a bidirectinal, unidirectional, or adjustable Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) diode with a low stand-off voltage, high surge capability and fast response time. The bidirectional symmetrical diode can protect both positive and negative voltage transients, while the unidirectional symmetrical diode can protect transients in one direction only. The adjustable symmetrical diode offers adjustable voltage levels to cover either positive and negative voltage transients, or transients in one direction only.
