It is designed to replace multiple discrete diodes and compatible with JEDEC outline 1.575A Inch with a 100 mils terminals. The device features low capacitance, small surface mount size, & low leakage current.

As the voltage rises beyond the Breakdown Voltage, current begins to flow, limiting the voltage across the device.
