Working Principle
SMBJ5956B/TR13 is a high-performance rectifier with low forward voltage drop characteristics. It uses a unique structure to quickly switch on, thus reducing the turn-on time to less than one microsecond. It requires only a tiny amount of electrical current to start the device. Once started, it will drain the electrical current from the power supply and then outputs it at the rated voltage.
