SMCJ100

SMCJ100 is a Tool Voided Sof-Type (TVS) diode, specifically designed to protect electronic equipment from voltage events such as electrostatic discharge (ESD) and electrical fast transients (EFT). TVS diodes act as a switching element when exposed to excessive transients or voltages. When triggered, these devices disable or redirect transients away from sensitive electronic circuits, protecting them from voltage-induced failure.
