SMS3P3 is an energy-saving, environmental protection, all-electric electromechanical transducer which compressed air energized press device with electromechanical and pneumatic components. It is an integrated electromechanical-pneumatic all-electric transducer, reducing the production cost. Its application field is very wide and its working principle is relatively simple.

Its working principle can be briefly summed up as follows: The energy generated by the motor is converted into electricity, which drives the press cylinder to press the material. It is energy-saving, environmental protection and all-electric.
Working Principle:
The working principle of SMS3P3 is to use the electromagnetic energy the motor generates to drive the press cylinder. The pressure generated by the press cylinder acts on the material. Through the spring to the cylinder resulting from the pressure, the rotary movement of the electric motor can be converted to a linear movement. The process is entirely mechanical, thus reducing energy consumption.
First, the electric motor\'s rotary motion is converted into linear motion and pressurized fluid is injected into the press cylinder. The pressurised fluid, in turn, drives the piston, thereby pressing on the material being processed. The pressure is then released and the cycle begins again, allowing for continuous pressurisation and de-pressurisation of the system.
The third stage involves the control system for the entire cycle. The control system is responsible for controlling the electric motor, the pump and the other components of the system. This not only improves the work efficiency, but also reduces the energy consumption of the equipment. In addition, the control system can also monitor the pressure and speed of the pressurized fluid, avoiding equipment malfunctions and ensuring the normal operation of the system.
