The second block is the high voltage level conditioner (VCLAH) circuit which contains two resistors, two PMOS transistors, two capacitors and a n-channel MOSFET. Depending on the voltage of VCTLH, the PMOS switches regulate the voltage of the MOSFET and this, in turn, shifts the voltage level of the input signal to the desired output voltage. When the input voltage is low, the MOSFET is off and the output voltage is shifted to 12V.
