The SN74ACT373DWR device is a high-performance, high-speed octal D-type transparent latch with 3-state output and 3.6 V–5.5 V tolerant inputs. It is part of the Texas Instruments family of Advanced High-Performance CMOS and TuRBO™ logic devices. The SN74ACT373DWR is designed specifically to improve system performance while maintaining asynchronous operation. The latch is able to store data or provide direct memory decoding when used in connection with a variety of address source decoding systems.
The SN74ACT373DWR device is an 8-bit latch built with an array of Schottky-clamp type D-type flip-flops connected in parallel to provide a wide data-width.
