SN74AS169ADE4 is an advanced four-bit synchronous presettable binary counter with a negative-edge triggered synchronous reset. It is commonly used for applications including low-cost, low-power analog-to-digital conversion, general-purpose counting, and high-speed sequential data acquisition. This logic level can be changed depending on the logic level of the active-low synchronous reset or the active-low asynchronous preset signal. The counter will then begin counting once the preset/reset signal is no longer asserted.
