SN74LS75DR is a logic gate latch, an integrated circuit that serves as a two-input, two-output logic switch. It is a widely used logic circuit across many areas in the electronics world. It is a monolithic complementary MOS (CMOS) logic latch. It is the highest speed TTL product and can achieve a maximum frequency of 1MHz. The device, when activated, captures the data present at the inputs and maintains it untill the next activation.
