The SN74LV8154N is a member of Texas Instruments’ SN74LV8154N family of high-speed synchronous 4-bit counters. This device is designed to count up to sixteen and can be programmed to count down from sixteen though cascade connection. The counter also provides flexibility in terms of clock input.
