Transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diodes are a type of electronic circuit protection component that is used to protect sensitive components from high voltage transients. The SP0502BAJT is a unidirectional TVS diode that is designed to protect devices from overvoltage caused by inductive loads such as a motor, relay, or other switching device.
