The SP0505BAJTG is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode packaged in a 6-pin SOT-563 package. It is designed to protect a variety of digital, analog and mixed-signal equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning, ESD, EFT, and RFI. The device can operate over an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.

The SP0505BAJTG has a maximum voltage rating of 22V and can be used to protect low voltage I/O lines. It is also suitable for applications where the air gap voltage (VAGP) should not exceed 15V. It has a clamping voltage of about 5.3V, which is suitable for 5V systems.
