SP3222EEY-L Working Principle

The working principle of SP3222EEY-L can be divided into two parts: the signal reception part and the signal transmission part.

Signal Reception Part

The signal reception part is composed of a pair of differential receivers and a phase-locked loop (PLL) circuit. When a differential data signal is transmitted to the differential receivers, it is amplified, phase-compensated and then converted into a single pulse signal. The single pulse signal is used as a reference signal to realize a PLL synchronization loop. The PLL synchronization loop is used to lock the signal of the data transmission, so that the data can be transmitted accurately.

Signal Transmission Part

The signal transmission part is composed of a signal buffer, a signal driver and a class A/B output buffer. The signal buffer first amplifies the single pulse signal output by the PLL synchronization, and then is sent to the signal driver for transmission. The signal driver can adjust the signal amplitude and impedance to adapt to different transmission media. Finally, the signal is sent to the output buffer for further amplification, which is then output to the transmission medium.
