The SP3238EEY-L is a high-performance, low voltage differential signal transceiver with a 3.3V multi-voltage IO and an integrated 3.0V regulator. It is part of a family of four low-voltage transceivers, the SP3238, SP3238E, SP3238EL and SP3238EEY-L, designed to meet the stringent requirements of multiple high-speed interfaces, including Serial ATA (SATA) 3.6Gbps, Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) and PCI Express (PCIe). It is also suitable for other applications such as audio, video, data storage systems, networking and consumer electronics.

The SP3238EEY-L features an optimized power-efficiency, along with high performance on-board signal and power management. It is also certified for EMI compliance while still providing superior signal integrity and an immunity to ESD threats.
