SP3243EBEY-L

The SP3243EBEY-L is a highly integrated interface - drivers, receivers, transceivers device.

This device integrates two differential line driver/receiver and two transceivers, which can be used to condition digital signals and to convert them into differential voltage level, while providing protection against ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) surges. The SP3243EBEY-L has very low propagation delay and is designed to run at up to 500 Mbps. Operating voltage is between 3V to 5.5V and the temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.

The main applications of the SP3243EBEY-L are Ethernet, RS-232, Fibre Channel and other industrial applications, and is perfect for applications requiring low power consumption.
