Working Principle of the SP706SCN-L/TR

The SP706SCN-L/TR includes a built-in reference voltage of 1.20V, and provides an active-low assertion output for failed voltage level. When the power supply voltage falls below the programmed threshold, the active-low reset signal is asserted. The reset signal remains asserted until the voltage has been restored to a value above the programmed threshold.
The SP706SCN-L/TR is available in two packages: the 8-pin MSOP package and the 20-pin QFN package. Both packages are designed to accommodate an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The SP706SCN-L/TR is rated for operation from 1.2V to 3.6V, making it suitable for a wide range of voltages used in various circuits.
