SP723AP is a device combining both a Uni-polar Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) and a Pyroelectric Infrared (PIR) detector in a small package, providing a high-performance and cost-effective solution for protecting power supplies from overvoltages generated by lightning strike or ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD).
